| Last year I was commissioned to do a series of ten vintage Jaguar paintings for a local Jaguar dealer, as decoration for the showroom. I have long been a fan of the C-type, especially owing to its great lines and its place in the “heroic” era of road racing, but it took a while to locate one to pose for my easel. Out of the blue, chassis 034 turned up fresh from its restoration at a local British car show. |
